SEATS AND SOFAS have a TERRIBLE after sales support

SEATS AND SOFAS have TERRIBLE customer service. The relax function of my sofa stopped working within the guarantee period. They sent a mechanic 6 weeks after my call, but he couldn't repair it. Now, 3 MONTHS LATER, my relax function is still not working. 3 MONTHS!!! I only feedback I get is - we received your message in good order. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
