Ik had 3 producten tegelijk besteld via athleteshop. Een paar uur na mijn bestelling kreeg ik direct een mail dat 1product niet op voorraad was. De twee overige producten krijg ik netjes twee dagen na de bestelling binnen. Het derde product zou 15 dagen op worden gestuurd dit gebeurde echter niet. Toen ik eenmaal contact met de klantenservice op nam werd mij een gelijksoortig product aangeraden. Dit product was echter vijf euro duurder dan het product wat ik besteld had ik vroeg klantenservice of ik dit product voor dezelfde prijs kon krijgen als het product dat ik oorspronkelijk besteld had en dit was geen enkel probleem een dag later kreeg ik het product binnen

Beter laat dan niet, maar toch geen service.

Maar heeft waarschijnlijk meer te maken met de service van de koerierdiensten.
